This is a gently used worn in, pre-owned item with no tears or rips.
off blue laundry stain on crotch area- PLEASE see photos and do not purchase if this will be an issue.

Keep in mind that older vintage items could be sized very differently. Also be aware that extreme care should be exercised when washing and drying older items. Please be sure to hand wash and air dry.

est way to make sure it will fit is to compare the measurements to a shirt that fits well for you and to see how close the numbers are. But do keep in mind that measurements are done by a human and with stretchy fabric a difference of ~1 inch is possible. Please do not purchase if you are seeking tailored fit.
